Important:

Multi Visas are only issued to people who have been to Russia in recent times. As proof, the Russian authorities require the copy of the passport pages with the latest visa and entry stamps. Please enclose copies of your relevant visa application or send us a scan by e-mail.
The stay in Russia is generally limited to a maximum of 90 days within any 180-day period.

Processing time

Processing time is calculated from the day we receive the required documents to the day we send the visa to you. If national or Russian holidays (days when the Embassy is closed) fall within the processing period, then the processing time for the visa applications increases by the corresponding number of days.
During rush periods (peak season / summer) the Russian Consulates sometimes overrun THEIR processing times.

When should the visa application be submitted?

The Russian Visa Handling Service Centers accept visa applications only if the time of application to the time of scheduled departure is less than 3 months. If you send your documents earlier, we will contact you. In case we keep your documents in our safe, processing time starts with the day we lodge your application at the Visa Handling Service Center.

Shipment

You can bring your documents to our Berlin office or send them to us by post or messenger. We recommend DHL courier service.Please note that processing time starts with the day we receive the required documents.
To get your passport with the visa back, you have the option of collection by the customer or shipment via the DHL courier service (shipping costs: 14,- Euro).

Please check carefully after receiving the visa if it has been issued in accordance with your request.
Of course we check the finished visa for accuracy, but please understand that we are not responsible for the proper exhibition by the Embassy, nor can we guarantee to notice all possible errors.The risk that a visa may not be issued properly rests with the applicant, just as if you had applied for a visa at the embassy itself.
